Revolutions
one-two-five:
hi there. what is history Revolutions about??
is it interesting?
JL_91:
I'm biased - but I gotta say, this is perhaps the best subject I've taken in my VCE...a lot of work, but it's definitely worth it, especially if you have a teacher who knows their stuff well. You study the causes of and the new societies that resulted from any two of (well, your teacher's choice): the Chinese, French, American and Russian Revolutions (one revolution per semester). The exam format's pretty challenging though, with 4 sections that each demand a different writing format.
Amnesiac:
Best to ask us this when the exam is over - we have serious business to attend to !
scumel:
haha so true! not long to go now :|
but yeh its a very demanding subject (especially if you want to go well), but also very interesting and worthwhile
polky:
SO SCREWED FOR REVS.
