is the financial cost worth it?
teaandsugar:
hey! i was looking at accommodation for ANU, specifically bruce hall, but when doing the math it's about 12,000 a year.
i'm just wondering if living expenses as well as paying for the course makes studying at ANU worth less in the long run compared to staying at home and studying at most likely monash (if this makes any sense at all) at a very similar degree. would i potentially be better off getting my undergrad at monash and then going to ANU for a graduate degree when i can financially support myself better?
any opinions/advice would be much appreciated! (:

I dont understand why you want to go to ANU in the first place if you can get into Monash. Save the money , u'll need it later.

Keep in mind that part time student jobs in Camberra pay absurdly well.

i figured that the international studies course would probably be better at ANU then at monash, but that's a good point.
