Ring up Landmark, Academic and General or Campion and ask if they have any in stock.

If not, you should be able to order the the CD-rom directly through Macmillan. Contact them and enquire on how to purchase it.

Alternatively, see if your school has it on their network. Mine did, so I copied it onto a USB and took it home for easy access :D

I've got a copy of Sara Thorne's book for sale @ $25, if anyone is interested.

I too recommend this book. It seems the Heinemann book just took out chunks of this 'bible' and reworded it.
