I took IT units 1&2 btw, but yeah it's quite easy to pick up so you should have no trouble at all.

Software: Database software (Access, Filemaker)
Hardware: Computer, barcode scanner
Data: Student name/details, book info (Title, author, genre etc.)
Personnel: Students, librarians, teachers
Procedures: Entering new book info into database, loaning out a book
