Can't hide e-mail address?

I've ticked the box in my profile saying to hide e-mail address, but why is my e-mail still showing?

Sorry if I missed some previous announcement if there was a bug to this feature.

It just shows it to yourself.

There should be a save button where it saves your desired settings
