1. expand sin(x+2x) = sin(x)cos(2x)+sin(2x)cos(x)

2. hence express sin(3x) in terms of sin(x). Just a bit confused over this one o.O

expand cos 2x and sin 2x, then try to make all the cos^2 into sin^2 =]
