megalow_maniac:
it's for dumb assess that like to do vcal mostly

Hutchoo:
Its pretty much grade 5 maths- no jokes.
I have some people at my school who do it, they do the 'shading of a pie-put it into a fraction' stuff. The people that do it aren't dumb asses, they just ceebs with math/want to do a trade.

Slumdawg:
Well I know at my school they do some very complex tasks in foundation....

This is what I've witnessed occur in a foundation class:

- They tied barbie dolls to pieces of string to see how far they could throw them, for a double period. I could see them on the oval, I was like wtf are they doing.  (Still don't understand how they could justify it's relevance to maths..)
- The did nets of shapes on there exam, apparently it had the net of a square and yet still some people failed.
- Baking a cake, and they got absolutely NO help with measurements. So glad I'm doing methods I don't think I could cope with foundations difficulty..

Hutchoo:
Phillip has 2 oranges, and 2 apples.

How many oranges does Phillip have?
