sheepz:
lol i suppose it depends how gud ure at for the subj... chinese gets scaled lots too! ^^ btw hu is ur 'you' directed to?

costargh:
Yehh but still it will always be easier to get a 40 in methods and see it go up to 45 after scaling (ie top 8% or something like that) rather than getting say a 45 raw in legal (top 2%).

Even though there is supposedly "more competetion" in methods, it doesn't make legal an easy subject. You probably know that.

The you before was directed at applexy. Hes a gun at accounting but vce acc fucked him over.

costargh:
Oh oh oh.

^^^^ New Gen Com

If anyone cares to take a look at that...
If you go to "structuring a major"
If I add up all the compulsary units for a beginner in greek (meaning just the sem 1&2 for years 1,2,3 but no additional greek studies like linguistics etc) then that would give me 100 points right? And if I was to do Commerce @ Melb then I would need 100 points in  breadth area subjects?
So I would be able to do Modern greek (beginners) for 3 years as a subject and that would be able to take up my entire breath subjects, leaving me with my core subjects in Commerce right?

That would be so madddddddddddddd
hhahaa
Now I just have to get a bloody good enough ENTER!!!
It would work out very nicely considering I've always wanted to learn greek (I'm alright but I can barely hold a conversation, usually understand the greek but reply in English).

So the breadth area would allow me to study greek as well as complete my degree in commerce =)
wowww
Oh btw I dont want to major in it =S

Can someone confirm if all my facts are correct?

Yeah, lol. But I'm trying to get 45 for methods and possibly 41-42 for spesh lol, but I know what you mean.

and Yeah, VCE acc raped me hard ROFL.

I'll get back to you the greek thing ;)

Fyrefly:
I want to do commerce @ Melb Uni next year, because the breadth will allow me to study a language at the same time.
Besides, it's much closer to me than Monash. I don't mind the idea of RMIT or Deakin but my first preference is definitely Melb Uni.

90 Guaranteed ENTER for '08, ~95 for CSP.
