Minor changes to health content this year?

Apparently numerous minor changes have been put in place, like the inclusion of a new NHPA (dementia) and a few minor changes to the Medicare Levy Surcharge etc etc. Where can info about all the new changes be found? Thanks, would really appreciate any input
