It means this particular Uni will add points to your aggregate score, resulting in an overall higher ATAR (when that particular Uni consider you).
http://vtac.edu.au/files/pdf/Aggregate-ATAR-2016.pdf you can use this as a guide for how much your ATAR will increase. So if you got a raw score of at least 25 in hums subject/20 in LOTE subject, they'll add 4 aggregate points (your current aggregate can be found in your VTAC account), but they only add a maximum of 12 (if you did more than 3 hums/LOTE subjects.
For example, if your aggregate was 148.97 (giving you ATAR of 85), but you score 20 in a language and 25 in 2 humanities subjects (or higher of course), your aggregate would become 160.97, giving you an ATAR of 90.95 when this particular Uni consider your application. Hope that helped
