FOR EVERYONE'S WHO'S RESULTS ARE BEING WITHHELD!!

i just emailed the unit coordinator of my unit for which i didn't get a result for today, and she simply told me my "unofficial" mark

the examiners dont want to admit that you are too good so they purposely deduct 1 mark from each unit??

It says 'INCOMPLETE'

Does this mean my results are being withheld or am I checking them incorrectly?!
