This probably does not matter, but I need opinions. :D
If asked about express rights, would it be more effective to list all five ? Or to just explain one or two in a little more detail?
Any help appreciated :)

Depends on the marking allocation
If it was a 10 mark question in which we had to talk about express rights at some point I would

Then again if you did last years exam there was a 4 mark question asking 2 ways rights are protected in australia, therefore tehre is only 2 marks for talking about express rights so mentioning 1 or 2 as an example is fine  :D
