Does anyone know how to do question 1c of the graphs and relations section from neap 2007 exam 2??

According to the neap answers its 500n and 700n-12000 :S thats what confused me lol

then i think the answer is wrong, cos revenue does not minus any expense.
you definently don't minus the 12000
