I think it's cause, he wants to make sure we all understand eveyrthing so he goes through even the easy stuff in detail, by the time I've fallen asleep I've also missed the harder bits and have to bug m@tty about "WHATS AN INTEGRATION FACTOR" "WHY DID WE DIVIDE BY X"
etc.
but hough is a nice guy, really sympathises that we are total noobs and can't keep up lol.

I've had Couchman as a tutor for two second year maths units. He really knows (and understands) his stuff.

I've had Couchman as a tutor for two second year maths units. He really knows (and understands) his stuff.

I haven't been lucky enough to have him (though one of my mates have had him for two second year units). I still remember him writing stuff down, wiping it off, stare at the board for five minutes to make sure it was the absolutely correct thing to write, then write the same thing down again. Ahahaha, I still run into him every now and then.

And yes chansthename, Couchman made it the best experience for the class of 2008. We engraved a Newton's cradle for him.. wonder if he still has it in his office..
