My younger siblings are very enthusiastically packing their bags for the trip down to the athletics track this morning (brother starts athletics for the season today). They're proud of the fact that they've packed 11 books.

I've taught them well 😍

Happy Bathurst Day, everyone!!
Hoping that the rain doesn't create a freak end like it did last time! :-D
(I was there for that lol, what a miserable day)

Cheering for this guy's comeback from two years ago:

C'mon, Mostert, make us proud!

(McLaughlin is currently 5th - very good strategic position from the shootouts yesterday! Go Shell V-Power!)
Agh I love motor racing <3

Today is the biggest day of the year for Supercars fans - Bathurst is legendary. It's probably just my bogan side, but this is a good day. It's like the AFL Grand Final for me right now. :))

My neighbours got a new trampoline in their front yard and now every time I walk outside there’s kids jumping around and giggling. It’s very cute.

I've already posted rain appreciation in here,  and I'm doing it again.

Rain is soothing,  & a blessing on stressful days.  Today's rain was also gentle enough to not soak through to the skin and freeze me,  which is an added bonus since I didn't bring a raincoat

My mum rings my grandma up every morning to discuss what they'll eat today and other things such plans for the day. I think that's pretty wholesome ^-^

The preps made cookies for the year 12s and came to the common room with cookies in little wicker baskets - and I got a cuddle too! Bonus!

No fair. I didn’t get a cuddle. 😛
But I got a “let’s hi 5 as hard as we can” game.
But those cookies were amazing and the preppies were suuuuuper cute.

The careers counselor at my school was an absolute gem today and was a big help with my last minute SEAS application. I was freaking out and just about in a meltdown because classic me decided to simply procrastinate it.
Which is bad because SEAS is gonna be the difference between me getting the course I want and me not getting the course I want.
