Anyone doing this as their local resource?

Just wondering, how would you classify this resource: natural or human? Cause it's a mix of both.. Would you say its both a natural and human resource, or just talk about one?

I personally would classify it has natural but both should be fine as well, so long as you justify if necessary

Alternatively you could also describe it as a recreational or educational resource, because people visit the park for enjoyment, to relax, etc
