Im just wondering if you could give me a study score prediction for the following two possible scenarios. Thanks in advance!  :)

Scenario One:
Unit 3 SAC'S: 95% (Rank 1-5)
Unit 4 SAC'S: 96% (Rank 1)
Exam: 60-61/70

Scenario Two:
Unit 3 SAC'S: 95% (Rank 1-5)
Unit 4 SAC'S: 96% (Rank 1)
Exam: 65/70

Stalked your history so I'm assuming legal studies? Really depends on cohort strength so assume  +/- 2
Scenario 1: ~41
Scenario 2: ~44

Hi guys,

Could someone please predict my study scores too? Would really put me at ease...

Methods (Overall Rank 3)
Unit 3    94/100
Unit 4    92/100
Exam 1   33/40
Exam 2   68-71/40
Top 2 guys above me are strong.

Specialist (Overall Rank 3 or 4 out of 15)
SAC average 87% (Rank 1 has 90% average)
Exam 1  33/40
Exam 2  70-72/80
Guys above are quite strong, usually about 2 40s in spesh every year at my school, but our year level is very strong.

Chemistry (Overall rank 4 out of 60something students)
Unit 3   93/100
Unit 4   93/100
Exam   80/120  (had a bad day, but treated chem as my 'bottom two' subject)
Guys above me are very strong chem students.

Thank you  :)

Can someone please predict my physics score?

GA1: 100%
GA2: 98%
Exam: 93%

I'm rank 1 in a fairly average cohort, with the top 4 being strong.

Thanks.

41-43 (probably higher depends on how hard the state finds this years exam)

Hi was just wondering if you could please predict my biology study score

Unit 3 SAC's: 90% (rank 1)
Unit 4 SAC's: 90% (rank 1)
SAC's were quite difficult and we had a fairly strong cohort

For the exam I have two possible scenarios:

Worst case: 97-98/110
Best case: 102-103/110

Thanks in advance!  :D

Can someone predict my score please?

Classical Studies:
Fairly strong cohort

GA1: 90/100
GA2: 90/100
GA3: 146/160

Thanks!
EDIT: Also can someone tell me how you predict the study score? I'm a bit unsure how you could do it just by looking at the bell curve of last year's cohort...

Ooohh I think I got it! Is it 39 if I calculated it right? Awesomee
hmm I am not all to familiar with Classical studies but had a little look at last years grade distirbutions and your well into the 40's I can't be more specific since I don't know exactly but to put into perspective look at the 2015 grade distribution you needed 123/160 for an A+ on the exam whichI would say is enough for a 39-40 given good sacs which yours seem to be. Your projected score is 146/160 so much higher but I don't know how much higher.  :)

I had pretty similar rankings and scores for those subjects last year (your R&S is a bit better) and got 48 for bio and 45 for R&S

I'm sure you'll do amazingly :)

I hope this is the right thread, I would be much obliged if anyone has an idea of what scores I need to get for my desired raw SSs (if still possible)  :) ?

My school cohort is strong (about 10-15% are VERY strong), school is always top 20 in terms of ranking, and the SACs are difficult.

Biology, desiring 50
Known results:
- SAC 1: 88% -- 2nd in cohort I believe, dropped 6 marks (eek...?)
- SAC 2: 96.7% (Practical Investigation)

English, desiring 50
Known results:
- SAC 1 (Text Response): 100%
- SAC 2 (Analysing Argument): 95% -- dropped 2 marks

Chinese SL, desiring 40+
Known results:
- SAC 1 (Personal Writing): 90%/A+ -- dropped 2 marks
- SAC 2 (Listening):  91.7%/A+ -- dropped 2.5 marks

Chemistry, desiring 40+
Known results:
- SAC 1: 86% -- ~5th in class, unsure about cohort

Thanks!

I'm a little rusty with these but i'll give it a go (anyone feel free to correct me)

Biology ~114/120 (biology exam is /120 now for anyone who is wondering)
English ~ 56/60
Chemistry ~ 102/120

I can't help with Chinese sorry - but for a 40 you'd want an A+ on the exams.

Thank you!

How badly does not full-marking every
SAC/not getting rank 1 for every SAC  actually affect prospects for a 50?

not full marking isn't ever an issue
not getting rank 1 is a possibility however since you go to a strong school top 5  should be more than enough.
