Referencing line numbers in SA questions

Hey everyone,

I just have a question about answering SA questions. If a question asks you to identify 4 modal verbs from the text and comment on its function, do you have to reference every line each modal verb has been used in? For example, if you write: "4 different modal verbs that have been used are 'can' (line 6), 'should' (line 34)...", do you have to reference every line number that 'can' and 'should' have been used in or is just referencing one or two enough?

Thanks!

No, I'm pretty sure we only have to refer to a single line in which it is used.
