I think it's certainly the case that I've benefitted from upvote inflation over the last couple of years; I can list very many users who should have more respect (Brenden should be #1 right now IMO). But I'm happy to hold the position for now, and will be even happier to pass it over when the time comes.

I'm not being at all hyperbolic in saying I don't know what I'd be doing with my life without ATAR Notes. I remember in my early posting days striving to make really good quality posts and threads, and that benefitted me later on. That's something that shouldn't be lost - quality is key.
