I didn't think of that. good call

Edit:
In response to your q asking whether it was a record:

Quote
It was the Kangaroos’ second biggest quarter-time lead ever. It was also the third highest score against a scoreless opponent at quarter-time ever with matches in 1925 and 1934 — Geelong 11.4 (70) v South Melbourne, and South Melbourne 10.8 (68) v North Melbourne — the only higher scores.

Well, so far, I have tipped one winner out of six. I am nearly ready to give up on tipping at this rate. Thank God the Dogs got up.

I can't believe you backed in North, Aaron - congrats on a great win!! :)

I went in to the Doggies game last night (as a passionate Dogs supporter, for those who don't know) and it was a pretty ripping game. We were probably lucky to get the win in the end, although it felt like we were coming all night. Geez, Richmond marked the ball well all game!

Here's hoping I can double my current tipping tally today ;)

Gotta support my team, always. I tip them every week regardless of the opposition because I probably couldn't live with myself if I tipped against them and they ended up winning.

Yeah, good point. Although sometimes I don't mind tipping against the Dogs because then, if they do lose, I get the very small consolation of knowing that I at least get the tip right. Disloyal, I know :)

I'm the exact opposite with Melbourne hahaha. Tips against every single week.

SMH. I reckon they'll get back up against the Hawks. Only half time :)

They are winning most of the stats that matter at the moment

The last time Adelaide played us in Tasmania it was a similar statistical story (ignoring the belting) - beaten at the contest, not as well coached/familiar with the ground as NM.

(Fun fact it was Kayne Turner's second game and he knocked big guy out with a legal tackle and the injury time helped us stop Adelaide momentum - my favourite fact of all time). I later learned that Adelaide have won like, 1 out of their last 6 Tasmanian games. If I did tipping I would have tipped Adelaide but definitely wasn't gobsmacked when we kicked the first 3-4 goals.

(Was definitely gobsmacked when we kicked the first 10 lol).

It's very interesting for North though because we've got a string of winnable games running into the bye. It's not inconceivable we get on a good run and give ourselves an opportunity to qualify for finals.

Agreed. Hopefully they keep going forward and not give in towards the end like they have the first 5 or so rounds. The match on Sat was amazing.

P.S - Waite banned for a week. Kidding right? This one will go to tribunal. That whack from Charlie Cameron on K Turner was a deliberate blow to the guts (with no ball mind you) and only gets a fine. Haha

The only thing I'm looking forward to this season is Buckley getting sacked. smh.

Can't believe it's such a big struggle supporting such a big club like collingwood. In the EPL the big clubs are manchester city, chelsea, arsenal etc. and it's okay supporting them because every year there is something to look out for. But for collingwood it's so hard. Ah well another 20 years until a premiership I reckon.

We have wasted a once in a generation player in Pendlebury. He is an absolute legend, and tbh didn't reach his big potential because of Buckley. Was 22 when we won the premiership in 2010, now he's nearly 29 I think such a waste of talent. A player like him deserves at least 3 premierships.

What a weird season this is. It's literally a 50-50 toss of the coin when it comes to tipping. So even.

*smirking at Adelaide losing again*

I'm almost starting to intuitively tip the team who isn't supposed to win haha. Going into this round, I felt like Collingwood, Essendon, and Melbourne would win, just because those would be the most ridiculous upsets. (Obvs Collingwood didn't get up) but yeah, it's a great time to be an AFL supporter.

Get around North tomorrow!

;) Count on it. I have been really pissed off lately that they havent decided to Free-to-air our games. I figured out a way to stream from the app on my phone to my PC screen so it kinda is a good alternative, I guess....  I think they removed the saturday arvo FTA as well.

Looking forward to the match tomorrow though. It'll be a good battle.

Android device (with the ADB drivers installed, I think Vysor goes through that process anyway) + Vysor.

I tried Foxtel Play for the 2 week trial and I just can't justify paying $35+ a month for Fox Footy.
