y1= 1/x * fnInt( -5 cos(pi t / 183) + 12 , t , 0 , x )
y2= 8

find intercept.

although that might be a bit slow, so it may pay off just to type:

solve((1/X)((-5*183/Pi)sin(Pi*X/183)+12X)-8,X,0)

Which takes about 2 seconds to solve
