What is a PI form?
Do I have to write one, cos' in VTAC its under: unsubmitted forms
My preferences are : dentistry @ La trobe, Biomed @ Melb, Pharmacy @ monash, pharmacy @ la trobe

Generally speaking, if you are a non-year 12 VTAC applicant then you need to fill out the form.

vtac sent me a message in myinfo and to my regular email account stating that one of the courses on my preference list needed me to submit a pi form, so check there.
