Timetable issue with law 1101

my.monash informs me that "You are enrolled in, but not allocated to the following units: LAW1101_CL_S1_DAY. Please check your allocations in Allocate+." This is despite the fact that I submitted preferences for it which are still visible to me under "My preferences." Are any other first year law students experiencing difficulties with this subject?
My problem is that these are the available time slots:

And this is my timetable:

The FTV screening (Wednesday 10:30) and FRN seminar (Monday 14:00) are both auto-allocated, so clearly none of the available time slots work. What can I do? My first preference was the Tuesday at 9:00 and Thursday at 12:00 time slot.

Wow ILR is 4 hours now, ugh, you poor things.

Best thing to do is to email the chief examiner (and CC to Pascale Chifflet who would've been your lecturer had you got your preference), they'll be able to help you more than any of us can. Or if that freaks you out too much, email the law faculty help desk [email protected]

I was at Monash today and spoke to someone personally at the law student services desk and they were no help whatsoever, basically told me I just had to accept the clash. So I think I will just try going straight to the top. What is the email of the chief examiner?

According to the unit page the chief examiner is Ross Hyams. His email would be [email protected].

Do a CC to Pascale too: [email protected] (LOL Pascale Chifflet is a girl! Thought it was a guy's name -_-)

I ended up getting moved into Chifflet's stream but only after being diagnosed with glandular fever and severe tonsillitis - the doctor was able to send a letter saying that compacting my timetable will aid my recuperation (less trips into uni, more time resting). Not really worth it though seeing as I'll now miss large chunks of the start of uni as well as law camp :( this fucking sucks.
