It doesn't matter what how many others have done.
More exams does not necessarily mean better score.

I've done more exams than most of my classmates. I finished the exam pack our teacher gave us faster than most of my classmates too and a lot of them still out perform me.

Probably 10-15.

I'll aim to do about 1 for every day leading up to the exam, then stop the day before and just lightly review all of them.

10-15 exam 1 & exam 2's or just separate exams?
I've done about 10-12 exam 1 & exam 2's

About 15 all up. So if I did the VCAA exam 1 and exam 2 from last year I'd count that as 2.

Should comfortably have >20 done come exam day.

How many will other people be doing?

I generally find the more practice exams, the better people get.  Maybe you're not going around these exams the right way?
  - Do exams in allocated time.
  - See what you've got wrong.
  - See if you can work out, why you went wrong.
  - See your teacher, for any extra required help.

Thanks for the tips. :)
I've been doing all of that but these people in my class are just generally good. I've been through most of my school life knowing these guys and they've always been in the extension maths class or top group whilst I've slowly climbed my way up.
