So I had 90% for my sacs and I got 66 for only one sac. Why is it still ga1(b) ga2(b) ga3(c)

Your schools SACs were probably deemed "too easy" and thus your GA1 was scaled down.

GA2 is your score for Further Exam 1 and GA3 is your score for Further Exam 2.
So you achieved a B for your first exam and C for your second exam.
