So, Heidi has just hit +1,000 respect. She's the sixth person to do so in 10 years of ATAR Notes.
I think we can all agree that the impact Heidi has had on this community is pretty fucking phenomenal. Just get a load of
her very first post. This really encapsulates Heidi as both a poster and a person: altruistic, kind, generous with her time.
She would have helped literally thousands of VCE (and HSC) students with her 2,000+ posts since.
It's the intangible quality of community that comes to mind when I think of Heidi, though. I've learnt a lot from her. When I think about ATAR Notes and how to improve what we have going forward, I basically just ask myself, "What would Heidi do?"
Across very many boards, Heidi has been a leader of the forums for several years. I personally find her enthusiasm, persistence and genuine care for others inspiring, and I'm sure these sentiments are reflected by everybody reading this post.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that, Heidi, you're an absolute legend, ATAR Notes loves you, and congrats on what I'm sure will be the first of many +1,000s!
