thinking of doing both chinese SLA & FL

Hi everyone, I'm in year 11 and will be going to sit for chinese second language advanced exam this year.
However, I'm thinking of doing chinese first language next year in year 12.
I think I'm pretty good in chinese and I believe i can handle them easily haha. 

I have told this to my teacher before and she said only the highest one (SLA or FL) will be counted in my top 4 study scores.
The lowest one can only be my 5th subject for 10%   
(but I'm still not sure whether can I take both of them for my vce)

Anyway, I will base on my result for chinese SLA this year and make further decision. (definitely do fl if i got excellent result for csla)

Please give me some suggestions, thanks a lot!
