In relation to Hamlet...

What are your opinions on Hamlet's madness? There's evidence to support his growing insanity, but there are also multiple instances in which he thoroughly enforces the idea that he has crafted his own madness. I'm curious as to other people's opinions.

Actually I like Oscar Wilde's take on things : "Are the commentators on Hamlet really mad or only pretending to be?"
