How to answer a "Discuss" question?
My teacher told me that I have to write about the advantages and disadvantages.
Can anyone explain it to me?
Thanks.

Yep discuss means you give both sides of the argument.

E.g. discuss the benefits and limitations of control accounts

You would need to look both sides (pros and cons)

So discuss essentially means look at all facets of the question
