Try to incorporate French in your life. Use it every day. Turn your phone/facebook etc into French. Read the French news. Listen to French radio. Immerse yourself. It's as easy as hell and is far more effective than any study you'll do.
Thanks for the reply T-Rav! Just out of curiosity, when did you start really immersing yourself like listening/reading french on a day to day basis - start of year 12, year 11, even earlier? Basically where I'm getting at, have I left it a bit late to start now to do well for next year? I pretty much neglected French for the past month or so concentrating on my 3/4 and I didn't really develop good habits to begin with (listening podcasts, reading french news) throughout the year :s
I've been doing an exam a week since the start of term 1. I didn't start doing the essay sections until term 3 or so. I've probably done around 35 exams now.
Which exam companies are good and you would recommend? I assume you started off with the secondary companies before moving into the VCAA ones?
