Due to certain circumstances I have not been able to submit my application to be enrolled in Japanese 2nd language. Is there any chance at all that I am able to submit these forms to VCAA at the start of 2015???
Does anyone know. . . Please

This is probably not the best place to ask, to be honest  :-\ I'd probably try to contact the VCAA or your host school.
So obviously the deadline has well and truly passed (to quote the application form: 'This form should be submitted to Student Records and Results, VCAA by Friday 17 October 2014'), but I imagine in exceptional circumstances they would allow people to enrol late. I think the tricky thing is just because they need to make sure of how long you've lived in Japan (if you have) to make sure you're qualified for SL.
I would just email or call them, but as soon as possible (after Christmas)
Good luck :)
