HELP - need serious help

Due to certain circumstances I have not been able to submit my application to be enrolled in Japanese 2nd language. Is there any chance at all that I am able to submit these forms to VCAA at the start of 2015???
Does anyone know. . . Please

This is probably not the best place to ask, to be honest  I'd probably try to contact the VCAA or your host school.
So obviously the deadline has well and truly passed (to quote the application form: 'This form should be submitted to Student Records and Results, VCAA by Friday 17 October 2014'), but I imagine in exceptional circumstances they would allow people to enrol late. I think the tricky thing is just because they need to make sure of how long you've lived in Japan (if you have) to make sure you're qualified for SL.
I would just email or call them, but as soon as possible _{(after Christmas)}
