Legal 3/4 HELP

Hi Everyone,

I'm doing 3/4 legal and I'm not doing too well:
AOS 1:
75%-20 MARKS
86%-30 MARKS

AOS 2:
82%-35 MARKS

My teacher is a super harsh marker, and I loose so many marks on clarity and structure.  I will mention stuff, but he always say that it needs to be clearer.
I know all the content but I just can't word things in a way where I get full marks. If I was just be getting marked on content/knowledge I would defiantly be getting 90%+, as I haven't ever messed up on it.
My teacher isn't that great either, he doesn't engage with the class that much. He just gives us textbook chapters to read, and then textbook questions which we sometimes discuss as a class. I had a great teacher last year and I was doing much better than this year.

We've started U4 last year and I just don't get it. It's just not sticking. I also hate the topic and I get incredibly bored which doesn't help.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice? I know practice exams/sacs are great, but we don't get many of them, and they don't really seem to be doing that much if I'm being honest.
