i'm up to the VCAT and jurisdictions of the courts

we had our sac on that before the holidayz started-that was chap 7 we have finished chap 7 and 8 havin a sac on chap 8- "Making and Breaking the Law- Jules Aldous" when we get bak-

i'm doing well, but so are most people as our unit 3 sacs were open book lol
so i didn't need to study/memorise anything
i'd say i'm around 2nd or 3rd rank

yeah pretty much!
our sacs aren't tests, they're mainly essay questions, but we're given the topic before hand and are allowed to bring in whatever we want :)
but don't worry, our sac marks are gonna be hacked down by the moderation process :P

ye, my teacher on the other hand marks really hard..so our marks will be majory pushed up!!
plus bc we had to study hard we know half the course back to front already..cuts study time

you guys get open book sacs?!!!!

LOL WE HAVENT!!

ive just finished court jurisdictions and are having a sac wen i get back to school. now we are onto the tribulnals and vcat. and im using the textbook Justices and Outcomes :s

i think unit 4 will be closed book though, my teacher said she just wanted everyone to have a chance to pass at least one unit

OVERLOADED?!! more like a novel!!!! gar it was no use to me and competely pointless.... my summary on that chapter was like 3 pages... not even... we we started that chapter i was like o.O ..yeah watever not reading ALL of it. its so basic yet the book makes it so complicated.

what chapter are you up to? and we only have ONE open book sac. does VCAA know u guys are doing open book?
