i only learnt maslow's heirachy (most simple), never learnt the others. it's good to know two, but you won't be asked both. also, if they have questions regarding motivational theories, usually it's pretty easy to use maslow's.

I'm having trouble finding how Diversity management and EOC's fit in the study design. But meh
i think we had a question on eoc's on the exam last year
I interpret diversity managemnt as saying Ok well you were'nt the best applicant, but because you're black (for example) you can have the job. Seems stupid to me.
hmm i'm not sure it works like that in the 'real world', when it comes down to it, i think employers will really just choose the best applicant. it'd be pretty stupid if they didn't, you'd be losing your competitive edge and anyways, another organisation would probably hire that applicant in a heartbeat.
anyway, it's really good how you guys are really discussing all these points, it definetely helps you solidfy your knowledge.
