This error question is quite challenging and I really don't understand what they are even asking in the 2nd part

I think they've left out the size of the original pipette... I would assume that the pipette they were supposed to use was 25ml. If this were the case then the concentration of the acid would appear weaker.

For the first one, Sulfuric acid is diprotic, whereas hydrochloric acid is monoprotic, thus, only half the amount of basic solution will be required to neutralize the solution. As a result, the concentration of Sulfuric acid will appear smaller.
