Question on GMO's

Hey guys,

I have a question that on GMO's that I was hoping that someone could answer for me  :angel:

Is it illegal if a consumer is not aware that they are purchasing a GMO product? Does the product have to be clearly labelled as a GMO product for it to be legal?

I think that's wht val is referring to - altho the term GMO can apply to all TGOs.

Haha :) Yes, I mean GM foods. GMO as in, genetically modified organisms.
So it is illegal? Thanks :)
