There’s definitely a group interview this year - it will probs just be a little different to previous years. The time slot for the interviews is an hour and they wouldn’t have time to get through everybody in time if it was just individual interviews for that long.
For individual interviews, they will likely be shorter than usual as a few of the questions they would have asked we have to write about instead - my brother got an interview a few years back and said the questions I had to write about were ones he just had to answer on the spot.

for the question 'who inspires you', do we have to write about a scientist?

It’s probably best if we do... my role model is a scientist anyways and if you pick a person in a specific field it can also show what you’re interested in. It’s really just who you look up to though.

Hey I’m new to atar notes, but anyways, I got my interview notice as well, and I don’t really know what to do, I get really nervous for interviews, does anyone know what percentage of people pass the interviews? Also what kind of questions there might be. Also I feel like if I choose a scientist role model it might be a bit... dull, like a lot of people are going to say scientists, so I kinda want to stand out, yknow? so it’ll be memorable for the interviewer. I also saw someone said the questions we were asked to answer were the ones they normally ask in person at the interview, if that’s the case then does that mean the interview is going to be completely unknown? like a complete mystery?

It's quite depressing actually, but the truth is every man for themselves, because if I tell you it's going to reduce my  and other people's chances of making it in. However, I can say you are not far off.

I’m pretty sure the questions we’re supposed to include in the CV are the same but your interviewer could like ask other questions or ask you to elaborate on your answers I guess?
