What are possible experimental design topics for chem?
I’ve got electrolysis (electroplating), volumetric analysis and calorimetry. Are there anymore?
What would be some systematic and random errors for each? I don’t understand these in chem they seem different from biology. Like I understand systematic error to be something which causes a consistent variation in measurements (I.e incorrectly printed measuring cylinder) whilst random errors cause something to vary by an unpredictable variation. However in chemistry they start talking about how much liquid is in the flask etc.
I thought you increase precision by repeating but apparently in chem you don’t?
How do you increase accuracy, reliability and precision? I would look in the text book but there’s no chapter for this!
Anyone have any resources which can help? But
obviously not copyrighted materialsbecause that’s against atarnotes policy! I mean resources like websites and YouTube vids
