I applied for a statement of marks and study score for 2 subjects for 2020, and I scanned the application sheet I filled out and emailed it to the address on the bottom of the page.

how long does it usually take to arrive? also, will I get a confirmation that they received my email? I emailed them the scan last night and haven't heard anything yet

Application sheet is here. Simply fill out the sheet, scan it and send it into the email address given on the sheet (they'll take a few days to get back to you). Applying for the statement of marks and study score is free (different to Inspection of marks that costs money - so just ignore the bit that asks for a payment unless you do want your exam material inspected.)

hey,

i also sent in a request for two of my subjects last Wednesday (like an hour after VASS released study scores). I only heard back from them today (and only got a read receipt). So they're probably really busy rn and take a while to process the applications.
