COHORT STRENGTH: moderate-strong
RANK:4th (really unsure, assume rank stays same for U4)
GA1: 86%
GA2: 86%
GA3: Mid A+

VCE CHEM: COHORT SIZE 9
COHORT STRENGTH: weak-moderate
RANK: 1 or 2 (assume rank stays same for U4)
GA1: 90%
GA2: 90%
GA3: Mid A+

Physics: Looks like a 38-40, kind of depends on your cohort performance if you're 4 out of 9
Chem: Looks like a low 40

Rank: middle to top 25% in a large cohort (~130 people) (average strength)
Raw SAC scores: 85%
Exam 1: 38/40
Exam 2: 75/80

Biology:
Unit 3 rank: 1-10/~60 (average strength)
Unit 4 rank: 1-10/~60 (average strength)
Exam: 115/120

Methods: those are pretty good exam scores (38|75). I'd probably say ~42.

Biology is out of 110
lets assume 105/110
46-50 depending on exam difficulty and sac scores.

Englang: something in ther range 44-46, as an optimistic guess, assuming you have a reasonable cohort.
I was rank 2 in a moderate to weak cohort, with 80 average for unit 3, 90 average for unit 4, and what must have been a high A+ for exam, I think 68-70/75. I ended up with 46.
However, I think rank 1 got 43.
Anyway, thats info for your reference, and for you to draw your own conclusions.

What are some possible estimated Study Scores for these subjects

English
Rank: 1st
U3 SACs: 95/100
U4 SACs: 49/50 for SAC 1
Exam: Somewhere between 50 and 60 out of 60 hopefully

Psychology
Rank: 2nd (average-strong cohort)
U3 SACs: 93%
U4 SACs: Between 85-90% I assume
Exam: Somewhere between 250-260 out of 280 hopefully

Legal Studies
Rank: Maybe between 3rd and 5th (relatively strong cohort)
U3 SACs: 93% (let down by one low mark - otherwise 98%)
U4 SACs: Somewhere in the mid to high 90s
Exam: Hopefully around 130-135/140

Math Methods
Rank: Near the bottom :P
U3 SACs: 60%
U4 SACs: Hopefully closer to 70% (72% for SAC 1)
Exam 1: Hoping for about 50/80
Exam 2: Hopefully around high 60%

English: 45+ , cannot give you a clear number because the top end 46-50 are usually really close together in the exam.

psych: 45-47, depends on the exam

Legal: 46-48, depends on the exam
 
Methods: 33-35 depending on your performance on the exam 2.

As a rule of thumb do not let SAC scores screw you over for the exams as in the end they don't account for much. I was ranked 29th in an average cohort of Further maths and still managed a score in the high 40s
