Has anyone else's tax accountant sent them an invoice regarding some sort of deposit for financial services?

I'm thinking something along the lines of: my accountant is dodgy and just wants to get an extra $500 out of me... ">.>

What's it say? Govt's recently announced reforms to paying for financial advice, maybe that has something to do with it?
