The ATAR and Results Build Up Thread!

Well, there was an ATAR and Results Build Up Thread last year, created around this time - so let's have a similar thread :)

December 16th 2011 - How are we all feeling?! :)

So personally, the nerves haven't started to kick in yet, I guess it's cause I'm quite distracted with preparing for interviews, going interstate and plus I guess I've been quite busy at home, but come December 14th/15th I guess I'll start to feel the nerves! ;D

I am a bit nervous. I need a 25 in methods to be able to get into pretty much all of my preferences, and Im not sure if I'll get that.
I cant say that I put a lot of effort into methods. I pretty much gave up at the start, but people have told me that getting a 25 isnt that hard.

This thread had better not go the way of the VN Dux thread, savvy?

Werdna, it's much better that you say you will hope to get on or above 90.00 on the dot, you do know that the probability that you get from 90.00 to 99.95 is more than 100 times the probability that you will get 90.00 on the dot :P

well, if you think about it, 25+ means you're in the top 85% (or so) of the state, which isn't too bad I guess. Think of 9 average friends, if you reckon that you did better than 5 of them, you're set for well over 25 :)

Nah, no way... I think I'll max out at 91, but I'm honestly just hoping that it's a 90. It'll be enough to get into the course. :)

There's modesty talking.

Thanks for the reassurance Paulsterio :)

I think a lot of people are just hoping that scaling would kick in massively to help them get to what they need.

If my subjects didn't scale THEN I would be feeling nervous right now... Though for the mean time, too much chilling to be thinking or feeling nervous about VCE :P

Oh, scaling, how I adore thee and thy blissful, comforting warmth that doth envelope me like a blanket, holding in thy downy folds the promise that everything will be ok.

Year 10 French Homework = Write an essay in French.
Write essay in English --> Put in Google Translate --> Put on paper.
Makes a fuckton of mistakes --> Still pass --> Win.
