Commerce at Melb or Deans Scholars Commerce Monash/ Biomedical Science Scholars

I was wondering which of the courses was better and what benefits the Deans Scholars program and Biomedical Science have (since they are scholar programs), eg fee reduction? The website I found on it was very vague.

Commerce and Biomedical Science are two very distinct and different fields, so I was just wondering why you're considering both Commerce and Biomedical Science?

Haha, I was just throwing out an option, I was considering Engineering. However, my main focus is commerce
