LOL green tea is the best!! :D

Understatement of the year man. I go through heaps of the stuff.

I'm a little worried though, there's blood in my tea stream...

But I've never been a fan of energy drinks (they taste weird loool) and I read somewhere that too much can cause like heart palpitations? :-\ Scary!

*Shrug* They're pretty much caffeine, water and flavour.

Tea is a bit more complex but it's also pretty much caffeine, water and flavour.

Same with coffee.

Seeing a theme?

There's about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee or a No-Doz or maybe 2-3 cups of tea. If you're not used to that much you might get problems otherwise ehh

Fun fact: Not a whole lot of science behind that whole 8 hours of sleep idea.

(holy shit, that eerie, i didn't even know this thread had a second page, ended up posting almost exactly the same time as Mao)
