Lab reports for chemistry

Hi everyone,

I'm having a little trouble wording my lab reports in the correct style (i.e. in the style of the australian journal of chemistry).
and working out which steps in the prac should and shouldn't be included in the procedure section. Could anyone offer me some advice on how to write this section up, or how to better prepare for pracs so I don't end up rushing them?

Well THAT'S NOT A SUBJECT but can't you just write 'Refer to Lab Manual page x' for legitimately all but the first one pretty much. Unless they've changed the syllabus.

If it isn't a synthesis you can do exactly what mavisgibbons just said, for Biomed and Science (I confirmed this with a PhD student, my tutor and the first year Biomed students studying in the room next door to me).
