PagingDr Help!?!

I've been incessantly trying for the past two weeks to make a pagingdr account without any luck to prepare for the Monash MMI's and I was wondering if anyone had a download for this page: http://pagingdr.net/forum/index.php?topic=4185.0

I can download it as a pdf, but for the love of me I have no idea how to upload it onto AN

I've uploaded it once before for people, just use dropbox or something. I honestly can't be bothered uploading it haha Also worth noting that scenarios in that thread are over 5 years old.

If you want to make a PD account, you have to try while their admins are online and with a non-spammy name (they have a lot of anti-spam measures). If you have troubles, contact them on twitter https://twitter.com/pagingdrforum.
