Random question about ATARs

I know this is a really weird question, but are the decimals in ATARs always multiples of 5? (e.g. 70.55 or 99.60) or can they be random? (e.g. 80.86 or 90.47 etc).
Sorry if this makes zero sense haha just curious.

They always increment by .05 as you suggested at the start
