Question about English scores

So if i'm rank 1 and my SACs were 97(U3) and 97(U4) but i only get around 50/60 for exam, and my cohort is below average, will all my scores tank because of my exam score?

What kinda SS would this be?

It is often quoted that 50/60 ensures you a 44-46 study score.
