So these are my current plans for 2019
UNIB20008 Drugs that Shape Society (Haven't really decided, just doing it for the sake of re-enrol)
Anyone has any recommendations, I'd love to hear them
Just my opinion, but I did Drugs that shape last year and wasn't a fan. I am a science student with strong writing skills, so thought that I would have the opportunity to do well, but found that the peer assessed assignment brought me down (even I thought mine was quite good and put a lot of time in) and the exam was marked harshly. If you are really very interested in this subject area, go for it, but for an easier breadth I'd recommend Food for a health planet I,II or III or Thinking Scientifically (as a non breadth for sci students). Just my two cents!
As for my selections for next year:
Sem 1:
NEUR30002 Neurophysiology and Circuits
PATH30001 Mechanisms of human disease
PATH30002 Techniques for investigation of disease
UNIB30010 Food for a healthy planet 3
Sem 2:
PATH30003 Frontiers in Human disease
PHYS30001 Cardiovascular Health, genes and hormones
BIOL30001 Reproductive Physiology
UNIB20014 Food for a healthy planet 2
