Hello, I got an offer for a bachelor's in electrical engineering and finance at Adelaide Uni and was wondering if I would be able to drop the bachelor of finance if I decide to accept my offer?

This is a question best directed to the uni itself as they are in a position to give you the most accurate advice.

In a general sense given your double degree is from two completely different disciplines - you would need to enquire whether a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering exists on its own. Double degree course structures are designed in a specific way so removing one could prove to be challenging unless the single degree exists.

If the single degree exists then it shouldn't be an issue - you'll just need to ensure you satisfy prereqs for that single degree but this will again require a conversation with the uni anyway. So..
